Art can be defined as an expression of one’s own deep inner thoughts, the telling of a story or event, or even social commentary. Regardless of how art is portrayed or defined, everyone is an artist each having something to tell their fellow human being. It is the function of the art educator to assist individuals in the journey of finding their inner artist and to develop this ability to the fullest.
