There will be a HINI Flu Clinic for people age 18 or older, that is open to the public on
Thursday, January 7th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
at the Village Center of Thompsonville, (the former Senior Center) at 100 High Street, Enfield CT.
No appointment is necessary.
Insurance accepted: Medicare Part B, Connecticare, HealthNet, Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. There is a $24.89 charge for Private Pay. (HINI vaccines are now also available through private physicians and clinics sponsored by the North Central Health District, in some cases no charges apply and no insurance is necessary.)
Anyone currently receiving radiation, chemotherapy, immunosuppressive therapy or that has been treated for Hodgkin's disease must present a physician's note in order to be immunized.
