Principal’s Message

Welcome to John F. Kennedy Middle School! The entire staff is busy building trusting and supportive relationships with every student. JFK teachers prepare lessons that address a variety of learning styles to ensure all students learn to the best of their ability. Classrooms are busy with lively discussion, experimentation, student-centered activities, and other forms of authentic learning. In addition, we believe that the 4Rs (Respect, Responsibility, Readiness, and Positive Relationships) are necessary for a climate that is conducive to learning.  The 4R’s will assist in improving and maintaining a positive school climate and help us to create our core beliefs together. Also, JFK has many extra curricular clubs and activities that span all student interests. I encourage all students to become involved in various school activities and to be active learners in and out of the classroom.  Remember, there is no substitute for hard work and dedication!

I hope you have a great school year!
Steven Sargalski
