ABC's "Let's get ready to read" is a great introductory resource and review for phonemic awareness. This would be a great SmartBoard lesson! Click on any letter and receive a mini-presentation of the letter. Click on vowels at bottom of page and see a performance!
Next, in the "Learn to Read" section, students have the opportunity to start putting it together. Teachers can select from a list of stories that are targeted at various sounds, blends, etc.
